Authorized users can archive or delete behaviors assigned to a student from the student's profile.
Archiving vs. Deleting a Behavior
Archive a behavior: Archiving allows you to stop collecting data while preserving the behavior and all previously collected data. Archived behavior data remains available in graphs and reports. Archived behaviors can also be reactivated at any time.
Delete a behavior: Deleting a behavior permanently removes the behavior and all associated student data. Deletion cannot be undone.
Important: Archiving is recommended when you no longer need to track a behavior. Deleting a behavior is not recommended unless you intentionally want to permanently remove the behavior and all associated data.
To Archive a Behavior
Navigate to the desired student's profile.
Click the Behaviors tab.
Locate the behavior you want to archive.
Change the behavior's Status to Archived and save your changes.
Once archived:
The behavior will no longer be active for behavioral data collection.
Previously collected data will remain available in graphs and reports.
The behavior can be reactivated at any time by changing its Status back to In Progress.
To Delete a Behavior
Navigate to the desired student's profile.
Click the Behaviors tab.
Locate the behavior you want to delete and click the ellipses (⋯) icon
Select Delete.
Review the warning displayed on the screen before confirming deletion.
Warning: Deleting a behavior permanently removes the behavior and all associated data collected for that student. This action cannot be undone. If you simply want to stop tracking the behavior, archive it instead to preserve historical data.
