Users can create and manage weekly recurring tracking sessions from the “Session Planner” page. Recurring sessions are indicated with a repeat icon.

To create a recurring tracking session:

  1. Create a new tracking session and complete the required fields.

  2. Click the Recurrence checkbox in the “Create Session” modal.

  3. Choose one or more days of the week (Sunday – Saturday) for weekly session recurrence.

  4. Set an end date for the recurring tracking session series.

  5. Click Save.

To manage an individual session in a series:

  • Navigate to the Session Planner page.

  • Click the ellipses icon on the right of a recurring session entry.

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Edit This Session: Opens the “Create Session” modal and allows users to edit the details for this specific session.

      • Please note, you cannot edit past sessions.

    • Delete This Session: Removes the selected session.

      • Please note, deleted sessions, along with data collected during the session, cannot be recovered.

To manage all sessions in a series:

  1. Navigate to the Session Planner page.

  2. Click the ellipses icon on the right of a recurring session entry.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

  4. Edit All Sessions in Series: Opens the “Edit Session” modal and allows users to edit the details for this specific session.

  5. Please note, you cannot edit past sessions in the series.
