District administrators, BCBAs, and principals can configure the behavior phases your district uses to mark intervention points on behavior graphs. Phases identify when a baseline period begins, when an intervention starts, when a strategy changes, or when a student transitions to maintenance. These district defaults help teams maintain consistency in how they document and analyze behavioral progress. Six industry standard behavior phases already exist in the phase settings for use.
Add a Behavior Phase
Select + Add New on the Behavior Phases tab.
Enter the name of the phase you want to add to your district defaults.
Click Save.
It will immediately appear as an option when teachers and BCBAs add phase markers to behavior graphs.
Edit a Behavior Phase
Open the ellipses menu on any phase card.
Select Edit.
Update the name.
Click Save.
The change takes effect immediately. Existing phase markers on student behavior graphs using the old name are not affected.
Archive a Behavior Phase
Open the ellipses menu on any phase card.
Select Archive to remove a phase from the active list.
Archived phases no longer appear as options when adding new phase markers to graphs, but they're preserved in your library and can be reactivated later if needed.
Historical phase markers already placed on student behavior graphs remain intact and visible.
Delete a Behavior Phase
Open the ellipses menu on any phase card.
Select Delete to permanently remove a phase from your District Library
A confirmation prompt will appear before deletion completes. Once deleted, the phase cannot be recovered.
All historical phase markers already placed on student behavior graphs using the deleted phase are preserved and remain visible, even though the phase no longer appears as an option for new markers.
