The CR LiftEd 26.8 release simplifies behavior tracking and analysis. Configure behaviors directly from student profiles in one step and track multiple measurements on a single behavior to eliminate duplicate records. View all behaviors trending together on a single graph for holistic progress assessment. New behaviors logged during ABC data entry now surface automatically in the Behavior tab for team alignment.
Behavior Tracking from Student Profiles
Add behaviors directly from a student profile in seconds; no library template required.
An “+ Add Behavior” button has been added to student profiles as a new, direct entry point, replacing the "Assign Behaviors from Library" button.
Clicking “+Add Behavior” opens a new modal that will allow teams to begin recording data on the behavior in less than a minute.
A dynamic dropdown menu offers the most common behavior names from the District Library and My Library. If no matches exist, a custom behavior name can be added with one click.
While collecting ABC data, tracked behaviors now display in the order of the student’s Behavior tab before available behaviors from the District Library and My Library. Custom behaviors can also be added directly through the dropdown during data collection.
Locations may be set on the behavior to support data collection and provide greater context surrounding the behavior.
The “Locations” dropdown field for both behaviors and ABC data supports searching, multi-selection, and custom naming. Locations configured within the student’s Behavior tab will display first.
Multiple Measurements for Single Behaviors
One or more measurement types can now be assigned to single behaviors for data collection which can be multi-selected during behavior configuration and presented in a holistic view. Data collection panels, the student’s Behavior tab, graphs, and reports of the behavior will reflect all measurement types configured. Please note, existing duplicate behaviors will not automatically merge.
Multiple measurement types on a single behavior are grouped together in the behavior data collection panel allowing for fast data collection.
The individual behavior graph has been updated to display all measurement types for a single behavior. Teams can toggle between the measurement types to analyze the student’s data in one place.
The View All Graphs view has been updated to include all of the student’s tracked behavior in one holistic view.
When toggling between measurement types, the behavior list will automatically select the behaviors with the measurement type assigned.
With a new checkbox, archived behaviors can now be quickly displayed or hidden.
The Behavior Edit view appearance and functionality now mirror the new Add Behavior modal. Additionally, the Edit view now displays warnings when renaming a behavior and allows users to revert to the previous name. Measurement types and locations cannot be removed once data is collected for those values.
Brand new behaviors recorded as ABC data will now display as “Pending” in the student profile, Behavior tab, enabling BCBAs and special educators to maintain awareness and easily add the emerging behaviors for tracking.
District Library and My Library Behavior Tabs
The District Library and My Library Behavior tabs have been restructured and repurposed to reinforce the student-centered workflow.
The District Library Behavior Tab is now exclusive for District Admins to manage behavior dropdown defaults and data collection across the district.
Additionally, the District Library now contains a curated standardized list of 38 common behaviors to support consistent and reliable data collection.
The My Library Behaviors Tab is now only accessible as a reference space to existing users with saved behaviors. Existing behaviors will display as options when setting up behaviors or recording behaviors via ABC data collection. The only capabilities include viewing details and deleting behaviors.
Other Enhancements
Saving and cancelling has been standardized across the platform for consistency and improved usability.
The warning confirmation for when a user attempts to delete a goal, activity, or behavior has been updated.
