The “Session Planner’ page allows users to manage Tracking Sessions in the past, present, and future. The planner defaults to today's date and users can easily change the date to display sessions for any specific day, enhancing their ability to monitor and manage session progress effectively.

Use the forward < and back > arrows on the top left of the page to move forward and backward in time. Or select a specific date from the date-picker. The selected date is displayed prominently on the top left of the page. Please note, data cannot be collected when a future date is selected.

Each session entry displays the start time, end time, session name, number of observers, number of students, and session status (e.g., Active, Inactive, Scheduled). Recurring sessions are indicated with a repeat icon.


Users can Start and Continue events in the past or present. Users can also edit or delete individual sessions or all sessions in a series.

Please note:

  • When deleting all sessions in a series, only sessions without data will be deleted.

  • Editing all sessions will not edit past sessions with data. Only present and future sessions will be edited.
