The 24.8 release contains the ability to create recurring Tracking Sessions and change dates when viewing the Session Planner, making tracking session management more intuitive and efficient.
The following new features and functionality will be released in CR LiftEd:
Manage Past, Present and Future Sessions in the Session Planner
The “Session Planner’ page allows users to manage Tracking Sessions in the past, present, and future. The planner defaults to today's date and users can easily change the date to display sessions for any specific day, enhancing their ability to monitor and manage session progress effectively.
Change dates by using the arrows to move forward and backward or by selecting a date from the calendar.
Create Recurring Sessions
Users can now easily create weekly recurring Tracking Sessions, automating the scheduling of repeated events, saving users valuable time, and ensuring regular sessions are consistently scheduled.
In the “Create Session” modal, select the “Repeat” checkbox to set recurrence day(s).
Edit Recurring Tracking Sessions
Using the new “repeat’ toggle on the create tracking session view allows users to create recurring tracking sessions.
Recurring sessions are indicated with a repeat icon in the Session Planner page
Continue, start, edit, or delete specific sessions without impacting the rest of the series.
Users can also edit or delete all instances of a recurring session simultaneously, ensuring consistency and accuracy across sessions.
