How To: Add or Change Target Phase Change Lines

Note this functionality is not available until the next LiftEd release: May or June '24

Users can add or change target phase change lines during a Tracking Session or from the Activity tab in a student's profile.

To add or change one target's phase change line from a Tracking Session:

  • Please note, when a target is in either "Not Introduced" or "Not Specified," you must change the target phase change line in order to collect data.

  1. Click the ellipsis next to the target name and select Add Target Phase Change Line from the dropdown.
    ​

  2. In the slide over, select the Date and New Phase.

    • Optional fields include:

      • New Phase: Add a label to the phase, which will replace the name of the phase on the activity graph.

      • Notes: Add notes which will appear on the activity graph

  3. Click Save & View Graph. You can then navigate back to the tracking session.

    • Note that when a target is moved out of "Not Specified" or "Not Introduced," you will not view the graph upon saving.

To add or change multiple targets' phase change line from the Tracking Session:

  1. Click the ellipsis next to the target name and select Add Multi-Target Phase Changes from the dropdown.

  2. In the slide over, select the Date, Targets, and New Phase.

    • Optional fields include:

      • New Phase: Add a label to the phase, which will replace the name of the phase on the activity graph.

      • Notes: Add notes which will appear on the activity graph.
        ​

  3. Click Save.

To add or change one target's phase change line from the student profile:

  1. Click the ellipsis at the end of the activity row and select Add Phase Change Lines from the dropdown.
    ​

  2. IIn the slide over, select the Date, Targets, and New Phase.

    • Optional fields include:

      • New Phase: Add a label to the phase, which will replace the name of the phase on the activity graph.

      • Notes: Add notes which will appear on the activity graph.
        ​

  3. Click Save.
