Please note, this functionality was fixed in the 24.4.0 release.
In order to view prompts in a activity tracking session, users need to have prompts enabled for the activity.
In the image below, the first activity has prompts enabled while the second activity does not.
To toggle prompts off and on:
Navigate to the Activities tab of a student's profile.
Click an activity name.
Click on the Details tab.
Click the Edit icon.
Use the Prompts toggle to turn prompts on or off.
In the tracking session, you will not see the prompt values until you collect data
