How to collect ABC data in LiftEd

There are three locations to collect ABC data in CR LiftEd; in a Behavior or Activity Tracking session, or from a student’s profile.

To collect ABC data:

  1. The date, time, and student fields will auto-populate, but can be changed if needed.

  2. Antecedents:

    • Select the appropriate antecedent for this observation in the dropdown.

      • Antecedents are sourced from a list loaded into your school district.

    • Users can record one or more antecedents.

  3. Behaviors:

    • Select the appropriate behavior for this observation.

      • Behaviors in the dropdown are sourced from behaviors assigned to the student and behaviors in My Library.

    • Users can type the name of a new behavior and click add to record a new behavior.

    • Users can record one or more behaviors

  4. Consequences:

    • Select the appropriate consequence for this observation in the dropdown

      • Consequences are sourced from a list loaded into your school district.

    • Users can record one or more consequences.

  5. Users can add new locations, if necessary.

  6. Add any optional notes, if desired.

  7. Click Save

To collect ABC data in a Behavior Tracking session:

  1. Click the circular green person icon on the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Select a student, click + ABC and enter information in the ABC data modal.

To collect ABC data in an Activity Tracking session:

  1. Navigate to Track on the bottom toolbar.

    • The "Track" page displays all existing goal and activity tracking sessions.

  2. Select Continue to collect ABC data in an existing session or select + Add Session to create a new Activity Tracking session.

  3. Select + ABC Data and enter information in the ABC data modal.

To collect ABC data in a student's profile:

  1. Navigate to Classes & Caseloads on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Select a class and click the profile icon next to a student's name or View Student Profile in their overview pane.

  3. Click the ABC Data tab at the top of the page.
