How To: Set up Multiple Tracking Sessions for the Same Students with Different Session Observers

When creating a tracking session, users can select themselves to be the session observer or a different user and assign the tracking session to them.

Please note, each tracking session can only have ONE session observer.

To create multiple tracking sessions and collect data:

  1. Give each session a unique session title.

  2. Ensure each session has a different start date and/or start time.

    • This prevents simultaneous data collection for the same student by different session observers.

  3. Select students and assign goals and/or activities.

  4. The assigned user can start the first chronological tracking session and collect data as normal.

  5. When the first session observer is finished collecting data, save and exit the session.

  6. When the second data collector begins their session, they can see the progress of the first data collector by viewing the graphs.

    • Please note, the data collected in the first tracking session will appear in the graph but not in the second tracking session.
