WiFi Issues

Check to see if you have WiFi and internet connectivity on other devices connected to the network. If so, try disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. If you still continue to have issues, try changing to another device and/or contacting your IT professional.

If you are unable to access the internet at all, it is recommended to track sessions on paper. Users can retroactively add them to LiftEd once their internet access is restored.

My iPad Froze

If your iPad freezes, it is very likely the iPad has too many apps open and is running out of memory.

You can restart the iPad or try to quit the internet browser app. Double press the circle home button on your iPad and swipe the internet browser app up out of the row of apps. This is also a great time to close any extra apps that are open.

If closing apps does not work, restart the iPad. Press and hold the power button and circle home button on the iPad until it turns off and keep holding it until the Apple symbol appears. Then, release both buttons and let it finish powering up.

CR LiftEd is Updating

We do our best to make sure that you have the best version of CR LiftEd available during the school day. However, sometimes an update has to be made during inconvenient hours. In these situations, we will do our best to let you know what to expect and when to expect it.

If you are unable to track with CR LiftEd, please continue tracking sessions on paper. Once CR LiftEd is back up, users can retroactively add them to the system.
