How To: View Behavior Tracking Graphs

Users can view historical Behavior Trend graphs in the Behavior Tracking slide-over OR the students profile.

To view behavior tracking graphs in the Behavior Tracking slide-over:

  1. Open the Behavior Tracking pane by clicking the person icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select the graph icon next to any behavior.

  3. On the Behavior Graph page, select multiple frequency or duration behaviors at the bottom of the page to plot on the graph.

  4. In the top right-hand corner, click either date box to open a drop-down to select a preset or custom date range.

  5. Select a data point on the graph to display information about the observation and edit/delete options.

    • Please note, users can only delete data points they tracked.

  6. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to exit the behavior graph.

To view behavior tracking graphs in a student's profile:

  1. Navigate to the "Behavior" tab in a student's profile.

  2. Click the Actions button and select "View All Graphs."

  3. On the Behavior Graph page, select multiple frequency or duration behaviors at the bottom of the page to plot on the graph.

  4. In the top right-hand corner, click either date box to open a drop-down to select a preset or custom date range.

  5. Select a data point on the graph to display information about the observation and edit/delete options.

    • Please note, users can only delete data points they tracked.

  6. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to exit the behavior graph.
