Changes to goals, behaviors, activities, therapy, or reports for an individual student, can be made in the student profile.
To edit the student’s profile:
Click Manage in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Students from the drop-down.
Click the pencil icon next to the student’s name.
Make any necessary updates or changes.
Click Save Changes.
To edit the student’s goals, activities, and behaviors:
Click Manage in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Students from the drop-down.
Click on a name to select a student.
Select the Goals tab:
Select + Add Goal(s) to add a new goal.
To edit a goal, select the a goal name and click the pencil icon on the right.
Select the Activities tab:
Click the Actions drop-down and select either Create New Activity, Assign Activity from Library, or Re(Assign) Activities to Goals.
To edit an activity, click the ellipses icon under the “Actions” column and select Edit Activity.
Or, click an activity name, select the Details tab, and click the pencil icon on the right to edit.
Select the Behaviors tab:
Click the Actions drop-down and select either Assign Behaviors from Library or View All Graphs.
To edit a behavior, select a behavior from the left pane and click the pencil icon in the right pane to edit.
