Changing Your Password
If you find yourself unable to remember your password or facing difficulties logging in, you can easily change your password by following these steps:
Go to the login page of the LiftEd website and following screen will be displayed
2. Click on the "Forgot Username or Password" link on the screen below the login button as shown below.
3. Enter the email address linked to your account and click on Continue button.
4. You will receive an email with a link to follow and a verification code.
5. Click on the link received with your email to go to the verify page labelled "Enter the code and set your new password here"
6. On the verify page:
Enter the verification code from the email (Eg: 299259)
If this code expired, go back to step 2 to get a new verification code
Create and enter a new password
ensure it adheres to the password policy for maximum security.
Click continue to complete the process
