How to Access Files from the S3 Bucket (via SFTP)
Users do not access the S3 bucket directly. Access is provided via SFTP using a client such as FileZilla or WinSCP, and is typically configured by the district’s IT team.
Step 1: Install an SFTP Client
District IT or the end user can install one of the following tools:
FileZilla (Windows / Mac)
https://filezilla-project.org/WinSCP (Windows only)
https://winscp.net/
Either tool can be used to access the files.
Step 2: Obtain SFTP Access Details (Provided by Us)
The district IT team will need the following credentials from our team:
SFTP Host (sftp.lifted.centralreach.com)
Port (typically
22)Username
Password (or SSH key, if applicable)
These credentials are required before any connection can be made.
