Release Recap
The 25.12 release contains enhancements to the “Manage Students” and “Manage Super Admin Tools” pages, including a student cap, an “Only Show Active” filter toggle, a BI export feature, and a column for updating student statuses.
The following new features and functionality have been released in CR LiftEd:
Manage Students Enhancements
A new “Only Show Active” student filter toggle has been added to the top of the Manage Students page. When the toggle is disabled, both active and archived students will display.
A new ellipses column has been added for managing students. Users can now archive, restore, edit, and delete a student profile by clicking the ellipses column. Archived students can be restored; however, if a student is deleted, it cannot be undone.
The New BI Export
After enabling, Super Admins can now use the “BI Export” feature to securely export student meta and clinical data into a CSV file.
Manage Super Admin Tools Enhancements
A new “Manage” tab has been added for efficiency. This tab will include new features such as a student cap and BI export, as well as former “Integrations” and “IEP Sync” tab functions.
Within this tab, Super Admins can now input and enable a student cap to prevent districts from exceeding their plan limit. If a user attempts to create or restore a student after reaching the student cap, a notification will display and disable the user from proceeding.
A “Student Cap” column has been added to the “Districts” tab table.
