How to Delete a Student

Steps to delete a student permanently.

Users (District Admins) can delete student records from the Manage → Students page when a student’s information no longer needs to be retained.

How to Permanently Delete a Student

Students can be permanently deleted at any time.

To delete a student:

  1. Go to Manage → Students.

  2. Open the three-dots (…) menu next to the student you want to delete.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. Confirm the message:
    “Are you sure you want to delete this student? This action cannot be undone.”

5. Deleted students cannot be recovered.
