Updated this week

Release Recap

The 25.3 release introduces interval-based behavior tracking, updates to Student Profile tables with enhanced progress indicators and usability improvements, and the ability to sign in using school-associated Microsoft or Google accounts.

The following new features and functionality have been released in CR LiftEd:

Interval Behavior Data Collection

Users can efficiently collect and analyze behavior data within predefined time intervals, improving accuracy and enhancing the data collection process. This feature supports precise behavior tracking across multiple intervals, allowing users to record frequency, revisit and edit data, and receive real-time notifications for seamless transitions, all while ensuring adherence to defined durations for accurate observations.

The following types of interval data collection are supported:

  • Frequency Interval

  • Momentary Time Sampling

  • Partial Interval

  • Whole Interval

Delegated Authentication

Users can now sign in to CR LiftEd using their school-associated Microsoft or Google accounts, offering a convenient and familiar login experience. This update simplifies access while ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and reducing the need for additional account management. Contact your Account Manager for more information about adding Delegated Authentication to your district.

Student Profile Table Improvements

The Goals, Activities, and ABC tables within the Student Profile have been updated with improved progress indicators, standardized filters, and clearly defined status icons for greater clarity and improved usability. Additionally, the behavior graph has been updated to limit the display to a single behavior, ensuring a more intuitive and focused user experience.

Fixes

Improvements have been made for users affected by login or data loss issues related to browser cache. Other fixes in this release include:

  • Deleting an activity from the Activity Detail screen now displays a confirmation message and navigates back to the previous screen, as expected.

  • Changes to an activity's status in the Student Profile now update without requiring a page refresh.

  • Behaviors can no longer be assigned multiple times to the same student in the Student Profile.

  • The behavior graph has been updated to only display one behavior at a time, preventing overlap of behaviors with different measurement types. A future graph redesign will improve visualization for multiple behaviors with the same measurement type.

  • The delete button in the Student Edit screen is now clearly visible on hover.

  • An issue causing the activity search filter in the Student Profile to reset when opening the options menu has been resolved.
