Updated today

CR LiftEd's v24.11 release is coming November 7th, 2024.

Release Recap

The CR LiftEd v24.11 release contains enhanced security with the new CentralReach Single Sign-On Login. Also included are updated permissions for the Assistant/Aide role, a new “Reports” tab with redesigned reports, and improvements to the “Behaviors” view in Student Profiles.

The following new features and functionality will be released in CR LiftEd:

CentralReach Single Sign-On Login

In our continuous effort to enhance security and prepare for the ability to sign into CR LiftEd with other identity providers such as Google, Microsoft Outlook, Clever and ClassLink, we are introducing the CentralReach Single Sign-On (SSO) login. For more information, please click here.

Refined Assistant/Aide User Role

The Assistant/Aide role has been updated to better reflect its intended function as a data collector and viewer. Assistants/Admins will no longer be able to create or edit student activities, IEP periods, and behaviors. They will also be unable to edit or delete past data on student graphs.

If this role no longer suits your needs, we recommend asking your school or district administrator to update your role to Educator. For more information on user roles and permissions, view the help article here.

New Student Report Capabilities

A new Student Report feature allows for faster, more customizable report generation for a selected student. Users can add Goals, Activities, Behaviors, and ABC Data, along with available graphs and prompts, for any time period they select.

Please note, to streamline the reporting process, the existing “Generate Report” functionality on the “Activities” tab has been removed.

Improved “Behaviors” View

The “Behaviors” view in the student profile has been redesigned with a more intuitive layout, making it easier to manage and view student behavior records. In addition to seeing when a behavior was last observed, users can also archive behaviors. Archived behaviors will not appear in the Behavior Tracking slideover.
